It is a micro-company recently founded with the aim of producing high quality wines without compromise, balanced and pleasant to drink, mainly for personal satisfaction. It comes from a great passion and the desire to produce excellent wines starting from the management of the vineyard to the care of the finished and packaged product; the sizing of the company allows Paolo to personally manage all the processing stages. The management of the winery is strictly and strictly personal: every single bottle passes into his hands in a winemaking process that integrates the passion and care of the craftsman in the use of new technologies and biotechnologies while respecting the tradition and naturalness of the product, with the help of innovative processes and processing methods. The history of the company is the personal history of Paolo, thirty years old - and before me my father for fifty years - during which he practiced the profession of oenologist at a large wine producer in Canelli, where he still works as a consultant. The always keen desire to produce excellent quality wines on their own with care and professionalism has led to the realization of the dream that he had been cultivating for some time; in it he was able to put into practice the experience acquired over the years, the result of study (degree in oenology), passion, research and curiosity.
