Cantina Toblino was founded in 1960 by a group of winemakers from the Valle dei Laghi who join forces for the harvest and production of quality grapes. From the beginning, the link between social cooperation, people and the territory is firmly established. Continuous investments in cutting-edge technologies, with an eye to organic and sustainability in order to produce grapes and wines of excellent quality. Before 2010 begins a path towards sustainability, the use of renewable energy, integrated production, organic. A process that continues and does not stop, which looks to the future. On the one hand, Azienda Agricola Toblino Srl, controlled by Cantina Toblino, where the approximately 40 hectares of the ancient bishop's table are grown according to the dictates of organic viticulture.
