Furmint Štajerska Slovenija 2022 - Verus

Founded in 2007 by the three friends Danilo, Božidar and Rajko, the company from Ormož, a small town wedged between Austria, Hungary and Croatia in the east of Slovenia, makes wine from the 10 hectares grown on its own in nearby hills. Fresh wines, easy to drink but still fine, deep and elegant for this reality that faces the market as a protagonist. For this reason, all the wines of the company are packaged with a screw cap to better enhance the freshness component. The real flagship of the company is the Riesling, fat but elegant that over time, despite having the bottles with a screw closure, evolves towards a marked and deep minerality. A small reality that today well represents the oenological tradition of Slovenian history.
