      VINIFICATION - Part of the grapes, after harvesting, are laid out to dry in the sun for about 20 days directly on the ground. The passola, very rich in sugars, is then added to the fresh must and the whole fermented up to the alcohol content of 5 ° - 6 °. Then the wine distillate is added up to about 15 ° to block the fermentation process and thus preserve most of the sugars in the must.

      MATURATION - A period of about 5-6 months in vitrified cement tanks.

      REFINING - At least 6 months in the bottle.

      TASTING Color - intense golden yellow with amber and topaz reflections. Bouquet - broad, rich and aromatic with Muscat, raisins, apricot jam and vanilla notes. Flavor - sweet full and soft, of great structure, intensely aromatic with apricot, long-lasting dry figs.

      ALCOHOLIC CONTENT - 15.5% in vol.
