Elephant London Dry Gin
Aroma: Complex nose, with spices, African bark, bitter roots, juniper and elderflower.
Taste: On the palate notes of ginger immediately stand out followed by a floral sweetness, exploding in its very well balanced complexity with a long and clear, particularly spicy finish.
Inspired by the discoveries and spirits of 19th century explorers, Elephant Gin is distilled with fourteen unique ingredients, including the 'superfruit' of the Baobab, the Buchu plant (very similar to black currant) and the African mugwort that gives that dry and floral taste. This gin is produced in small series of 800 bottles and is made just outside Hamburg using the traditional method of distillation in copper stills. Big Life Foundation together with Space for Elephant are the main projects to which E.G. contributes to safeguard this animal, donating 15% of the profits.
