Baby Blue Corn Whisky - Balcones
The nose is intense with aromas of corn, melted butter, vanilla, cinnamon, nutmeg and honey. On the palate it is full with notes of tropical fruit, apricots, lemon tea and a smoked note.
Baby Blue was the first Texan Whiskey since prohibition days. The whiskey comes from 100% Blue Corn, an ancient variety of corn typical of Texas.
