A centuries-old history, strongly rooted in the land, the Penedès, area of Catalonia in Spain. Four generations of a family dedicated, body and soul, to viticulture and the production of Cava Premium. It all started 200 years ago with Joan Juvè Mir, a rigorous winemaker who laid the foundations of the company. His son Antoni Juvè Escaiola takes control of the vineyard, successfully facing the terrible scourge of phylloxera. In 1921 Joan Juvè Baquès, son of Antoni Juvè Escaiola produced the first sparkling wine under the Juvè brand.
