The Nervi company, a historic Piedmontese company specializing in the production of Gattinara, recently changed hands and was purchased by Roberto Conterno, owner of the historic company of the same name in Monforte. The company has undergone a profound restyling both from an agronomic and winery point of view, with the inclusion of new technology but above all thanks to the transfer of know-how by one of the most important and esteemed wine producers in the world.
