Pinot Noir "Fusional" 2017 - Chapel Peak
As often happens with the wines of the "New World", it is the great French masters who are committed to discovering new production areas. So it was also for Chapel Peak and in particular for this Pinot Noir, fine, elegant and with a decidedly Burgundian style. A really interesting wine that stands up to the most famous French relatives.
The Bourgeois family, one of the greatest interpreters of Loire wines with 65 hectares of vineyards, embarked on an adventure in the Marlborough region transforming part of the 93 hectares of pasture into vineyards. Only two vines, sauvignon blanc and pinot noir for this encounter between the French tradition and the new world, interpreted in two different ways. The fresh and young Fusional while the Chapel Peak, with its marked minerality, represents in an extraordinary way the tradition of the "new world".
