Production area: Several vineyards in the Kaiserstuhl area

Soil: Natural loess Vinification: a large part of the must is fermented with whole grapes (2/3), a smaller part is destemmed. The extraction of colour and tannins takes place only by pumping over. After fermentation and pressing, the wine is racked into oak barrels for ageing and malolactic fermentation

Ageing: after 12 months of ageing in barriques, the wine is bottled without filtration. For this reason, some turbidity may occur, which nevertheless increases the complexity and ageing potential of the wine

    Colour: dark red

    Aroma: fruity

Taste: everyday pinot noir. High and at the same time soft tannic structure. Powerful body with very well integrated acidity
