Barolo Mariondino 2018 - Parusso Magnum 1,5 lt.
Obtained from a selection of Nebbiolo grapes produced in the vineyards located in the Municipality of Castiglione Falletto, in Località Mariondino.
Harvest: Grapes harvested strictly by hand with the utmost care in small perforated baskets.
Vinification: After a soft pressing, the grapes undergo a long maceration. Alcoholic fermentation occurs spontaneously with indigenous yeasts without the use of sulphites, with careful control of maceration times and temperature.
Maturation: In small oak barrels for at least 18 years in contact with its indigenous yeasts.
Aging: In the bottle at a controlled temperature of 15 ° C. Color: Ruby red, almost garnet.
Nose: A pinwheel of sweet spice aromas, fruity notes; hints of cherry, mint and licorice emerge.
Taste: Bewitching, fruity, ripe, sweet tannins, balanced persistence.
