Barolo 2019 - Cabutto
Extreme attention is paid to the management of the vineyard: low productivity through thinning operations, careful selection at the manual harvest, vinification with long maceration, even up to thirty days.
Color: the color is a beautiful intense garnet red and elegantly transparent.
Bouquet: the bouquet is broad, complex and enveloping, with floral aromas of dried roses and violets, fruity with raspberries and wild strawberries in younger wines; jams, jams and nutmeg, which over time are enriched with hints: black pepper, licorice, tobacco, leather and smoked.
Taste: distinctly tannic when young, full-bodied and with a dry, full, robust flavor, but also velvety, harmonious and enveloping.
It is a long aging wine that fills with emotions in following its evolution over time.
