Barolo del Comune di Serralunga 2016 - Paolo Manzone
The name of the wine takes up that of the municipality where the vineyards are located. Full, austere, intense with typical orange reflections
Barolo "from the municipality of Serralunga d'Alba" is called a traditional Barolo as large barrels are used as the old producers of Barolo. The wine is slowly aged at least 24 months in large 3000lt Slavonian oak barrels and, to a lesser extent, in French oak tonneaux with final assembly at the end of aging.
