Barolo Ginestra 2012 - Seghesio

The Barolo Ginestra is born with a fermentation in steel tanks for a period of 15 days in the presence of the skins and until the complete exhaustion of the sugars of the grape. The refinement is carried out in Slavonian oak barrels for a duration of 3 years .After one year of aging in the bottle, the Barolo Ginestra is intense, ethereal but full and robust, of a garnet red color with orange reflections that become more evident with aging: a complex, harmonious and fascinating wine that continues to evolve showing new facets.
