Color: red with burgundy reflections.
Smell: red fruit with elegant insertion of herbaceous and balsamic notes.
Taste: rich and intense with a sweetly tannic finish.
Fermentation in stainless steel tanks with temperature control for about a week. Malolactic fermentation takes place in barrels. Aging in wood of different ages for 24 months and in the bottle as per the provisions of the law. No filtration, production of about 12,000 bottles / year.
