Barolo 2015 - Parusso
Obtained from Nebbiolo grapes produced in the various vineyards located in the municipalities of Monforte d'Alba and Castiglione Falletto. The classic Parusso Barolo is vinified as Parusso Armando produced it not separating the individual vineyards but assembling them into a single Barolo.

Altitude: 250/450 m. s.l.m.
Exposure: south-south east-south-west
Harvest: grapes harvested strictly by hand with the utmost care in small perforated baskets.
Vinification: after destemming, we proceed with a maceration in contact with the skins. Alcoholic fermentation takes place spontaneously with indigenous yeasts without the use of sulphites, with an accurate control of maceration times and temperature.
Maturation: in small oak barrels for 24 months in contact with its native yeasts.
Aging: in bottle at a controlled temperature of 15 ° C for at least 6 months.
Color: ruby red, almost garnet.
Aroma: hints of ripe fruit, spicy, balsamic and mineral notes.
Taste: soft and harmonious on the palate, delicate in tannins, the classic Parusso long-lived by nature, can be appreciated from an early age, without waiting for distant times and places.
Storage temperature: from 13 ° C to 15 ° C.
Serving temperature: 16 ° C.
Pairings: ideal for delicate meat dishes such as grilled fillet, baked tail, baked stew or first courses such as ravioli, tagliatelle with meat sauce, truffled food and aged cheeses.
