ORIGIN: Selection of Barbera grapes from vineyards owned by the Azienda Agricola Franco Mondo, planted in 1981, exposed to the South-West, located in the Municipality of San Marzano Oliveto, a typical area of the production of Barbera d'Asti.
VINIFICATION: Obtained from the vinification of Barbera grapes conducted with the aim of obtaining a wine with a certain structure but at the same time expressing its characteristics of young red wine with a particular freshness.
ANALYTICAL VALUES: Alcohol carried out by distillation: 13.30% vol. Sugary residue: 2 g / l Total alcohol: 13.52% vol. Total acidity: 5.10 g / l Dry net extract: 29.60 g / l

GASTRONOMIC COMBINATIONS: Served at cellar temperature, it is also accompanied by very humble foods, such as bread with salami or gorgonzola, but goes well with first courses, with game, grilled meat and hard cheeses.
