Organoleptic characteristics: excellent structure with typical Barbera aromas produced in the Barolo area: hints of red and floral fruits, open and intense. Excellent attitude towards aging.
Food pairings: cold cuts, first courses, red meats in general, grilled meats, hard or seasoned cheeses.
Vinification: with natural yeasts, semi-submerged cap maceration for 12-18 days.
Aging: traditional in Slavonian oak barrels for 24-30 months.
Refinement: in bottle for 6 months.
