"Lintuito" Barbaresco Docg 2018 - Montalbera

Production area: Langhe (Piedmont).

Grape variety: Nebbiolo.

Vinification: Harvest of Nebbiolo grapes at optimal ripeness after thinning.

Traditional red vinification. Refinement:

Aging in French oak tonneaux and subsequently in bottles positioned horizontally at a controlled temperature according to the disciplinary statute of the grape.

Color: Bright and characteristic garnet red with light orange reflections during aging.

Bouquet: Ethereal and intense with hints of tobacco, spices and dried figs. With oxygenation it gives sensations of dried fruit and jam.

Taste: Elegant, austere, full-bodied and pleasant with notes of cinchona root and rhubarb.
