Malbec Redpuro 2019 - Bodega Vinecol (Argentina)
Malolactic fermentation and aging in large barrels determine the structure and elegance of a fresh and round wine.
Organic as a zenith: Vinecol, a winery founded in 2000 in the La Paz district, in the easternmost part of the Mendoza region, is a reality that is almost totally based on the sustainable approach to viticulture, clearly visible in all the steps of the agricultural supply chain. The vines grow in an area adjacent to the semi-desert and steppe Ñacuñan Biosphere Reserve, a highly symbolic place, where climatic and environmental conditions are ideal for supporting this type of path, given the almost intact natural environment. On over 80 hectares of vineyards, the company grows malbec, cabernet sauvignon, tempranillo, bonarda, torrontés, chardonnay and sauvignon blanc, intertwining production strength and ethical drive, as evidenced by the Fair Trade certification.
