6 Bottles Cremant D’Alsace Brut “Perlè Noir Rosé” - Arthur Metz
This refined wine is produced with only one grape variety: Auxerrois, a cousin of Pinot Bianco. With a golden yellow color, it reveals a complex aromatic bouquet with aromas of ripe fruit of peach and apricot, exceptionally fresh. On the palate it is initially fresh and powerful. The acidity is perfectly balanced and gives the wine a good length.
The French winery Arthur Metz was founded in 1904 in Marlenheim, in the north of Alsace. It is one of the most important and award-winning wineries in the region and the largest producer of the local sparkling wine, Cremant d'Alsace Aoc. Owned vineyards located in the best positions and state-of-the-art cellar techniques are the basis of the success of the wines it produces.
