A sparkling pale yellow colour with green highlights, heralding freshness and elegance. On the nose, an explosion of fresh citrus scents, including lemon, mixed with orange blossom and a touch of passion fruit, create an intoxicating and refined sensation. On the palate, maturing on the lees and in barrel produces a silky texture, underpinned by delicate aromas of vanilla pod and cherry blossom and a lovely freshness. An elegant finish, marked by notes of fresh almond, prolongs the tasting with an exotic sweetness.
Winemaking process Pneumatic press - Cold settling - 20% fermentation in one-year-old oak barrels and 80% fermentation in stainless steel tanks between 14°C and 16°C
