Produced with grapes grown on Soil No. 3 of the Suor Marchesa estate, mainly calcareous and facing north, Duca di Salaparuta's Sauvignon Blanc preserves the freshness and acidity characteristic of the grape intact.
The result of a careful selection that starts from the vineyard and reaches the cellar where the winemaker Barbara Tamburini chooses only the best grapes, Suolo is elegant and complex on the nose. The varietal notes blend with the typically Mediterranean floral notes of jasmine and white broom, while the hints of fruit harmonize with the spicy ones, reminiscent of vanilla and pink pepper. The notes perceived on the nose are then confirmed on the palate.
