A straw yellow but brilliant is enriched with floral, fruity and summer lawns with more mineral aromas on the finish. Dry, warm, soft and sapid on the palate, with a pungent and balanced freshness. These are the premises of a white from our Langhe Bianco.
The varieties that make up the Langhe Dragon are delicate and the first to be harvested in the Baudana vineyards. A fermentation of about 10-15 days in vertical tanks. The Langhe Bianco Dragon is then aged until the spring following the harvest in tanks of steel, a time necessary to achieve harmony and freshness that distinguish this white.
