Vineyard: 100% Pinot Noir.
Exposure: East, North-East
Surface: Ha 0.96.50, 4.890 screws bred with the classic Gujot system
Vinification: at a low temperature for 20-30 days with delestage on the yeasts for 9-12 months and daily battonage.
Aging: 3 months in bottle.
