Langhe Bianco "Bussiador" 2017 - Aldo Conterno
Bussiador is a wine with good structure and a good body, able to withstand a long aging.
VARIETY: Chardonnay. VINEYARD (E): several vineyards in Bussia (Monforte d'Alba).
HARVEST: manual with selection of the grapes in the vineyard.
HARVEST PERIOD: first ten days of September.
VINIFICATION: in white with fermentation in wood.
FERMENTATION TIMES: the wine remains for three or four days in stainless steel tanks and then, once the alcoholic fermentation has started, it is placed in wood where the fermentation is last.
FERMENTATION TEMPERATURE: from 20 to 24 degrees centigrade.
CELLAR REFINING: the wine fermented in wood after having undergone racking returns to the same and remains here for a few months.
