From a native Turbiana blend, a wine with a straw yellow color with greenish reflections, complex, elegant, well structured, savory, with a scent of tropical fruit, citrus and mineral notes.
Soil: Made up of a varied combination of predominantly calcareous clays rich in mineral salts.
Production per hectare: about 120 quintals.
Vinification: with white grapes and primary fermentation by selected yeasts and under controlled temperature.
Harvest: selection of the grapes through manual harvesting.
