A not easy choice but with exciting results. From the high hills of the Langa, in calcareous siliceous soils, Pinot nero grapes are obtained with extraordinary characteristics that make the HIGH LANGA docg, unique for freshness and typicality even after many years of maturation. With a full body, well structured but elegant, it excites those who taste it for its typicality and its remarkable and complex flavors deriving from the vine. A clever dosage of syrup enriches and enhances the fine bouquet giving pleasant and important sensations of body and structure, well amalgamated with varietal aromas. It has a very fine and persistent perlage.

Characteristics: salmon pink with delicate copper reflections tending to purple; to the nose reveals intense and complex aromas: Pinot nero grape peel amalgamated in hints of bread crust, marked notes of ripe fruit, quince, red fruits of the undergrowth. In the mouth it is a pleasantly structured wine, savory, soft, but in perfect harmony with the right acid balance and with an important and persistent aftertaste.

Gastronomic matches: it represents the excellence of aperitifs. Excellent with every dish of fish (especially salmon and sea bass); for its flavor and structure it marries wonderfully also with meat dishes cooked on the grill. We also recommend a tasting with the classic hazelnut cake and the classic marrons glacés.
