GRAPE AND VINIFICATION: Franciacorta Rosé Brut Millesimato comes from clonal selections of Chardonnay and Pinot Nero grapes. It owes its delicate and constant color to the maturation of the "submerged hat" skins. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature with indigenous yeasts. In the months of March and April, the bottle is transferred to the bottle. The bottles are stacked for at least 36 months, when remuage, dégorgement and clothing are sent for shipping.
