Cabochon is the most prestigious Franciacorta of Monte Rossa. It was born from the research, begun in 1985, of a more careful selection of the crus of the Monte Rossa hill and of a new vinification system that introduced the barriques for the first fermentation of the must. The results have been such that the wine obtained has established itself among the company labels.
