A decisive character for a sparkling wine that makes itself felt and which, not surprisingly, has the word “salvàdek” in its name: in the Brescia dialect it means “wild”. It is made in the best vintages only with carefully selected grapes from the oldest and best exposed vineyards of the company. It is produced with 95% Chardonnay grapes and 5% reserve wine.
La fermentazione dei mosti avviene in parte in vasche d’acciaio e in parte in fusti di rovere. L’affinamento sui lieviti dura per oltre 40 mesi. Ecco perché è un Franciacorta mordace e dalla forte personalità.
