Antillo Bolgheri 2022 - Guado al Melo

"Antillo means" place full of sun "and is well suited to our vineyards. On the label there is the detail of vine shoots, with leaves and bunches of grapes, taken from an Etruscan amphora.
VARIETY: Sangiovese 50%, Cabernet sauvignon and Petit Verdot.
VINEYARD: On the Bolgheri hills, soil of alluvial origin, loose, deep and rich in skeleton. The climate is Mediterranean but cooled by the Tyrrhenian winds, with a significant summer temperature range between day and night. We work in a sustainable way, with the methods of integrated viticulture. 
PRODUCTION: it is vinified without corrections or additions that alter the territorial characteristics of the grapes. After fermentation and maceration, it is aged for about 12 months in wood (mainly 2nd and 3rd passage) on the fine lees and in the bottle.
