      The Brunello di Montalcino DOCG Vigna la Casa was born in 1977 in one of the finest vineyards in the municipality of Montalcino, a wine with a gentle and elegant soul that can be considered a true oenological jewel. The La Casa vineyard (5 hectares) is located on the hill of Montosoli, with an exposure, terrain and altitude such as to preserve the grapes from the spring fog and frosts, guaranteeing a high quality of the crops.

      Size

      Starting from the 1995 harvest. The best expression of Sangiovese, produced only in the great vintages, takes its name from the “La Casa” vineyard located at 275m asl in the northern area of ​​Montalcino with south-south / east exposure and schist-like soil basically loose and rich in skeleton. Caparzo was one of the first wineries to understand the influence of the terroir.
