Production area: Andriano - Missiano.
Altitude: 260-500 m.
Soil: reddish clayey limestone soils, with stratifications of white dolomite stone.
Surrender. 90 quintals per hectare.
Vinification: traditional red vinification, in temperature-controlled stainless steel containers; accurate replacements; maturation and malolactic fermentation in large barrels.
Character of the wine: Red-ruby color.
Bouquet: hints of fruit, flowers and especially almonds.
Taste: harmonious in the mouth, suitable for any occasion, pleasant and easy to drink.
