Dark garnet red color, vigorous, balanced and finely structured. Its complex bouquet initially amazes for its spicy notes of tobacco which then leave room for fruity nuances of blackcurrant and blueberry. It has a fresh and decisive acidity, embellished with ripe and soft tannins which, after having expressed their intensity on the palate.
The Cabernet Sauvignon grapes harvested in this vineyard are vinified as a “TOREN reserve” only in the climatically optimal years and when they reach full ripeness. After the harvest, careful de-stemming is carried out eliminating the green parts. Alcoholic fermentation takes place during a three-week maceration, after which the wine ages for a year in barrique where the malolactic fermentation takes place. Then it is clarified for six months in tanks before being bottled to age another two years in the bottle.
