Barbaresco 2016 - Socrè
Garnet red color, never too intense. Over the years it tends to an orange or brick-colored color. Intense and elegant fragrances of violet and cherry jam with balsamic and menthol notes.Perfect with white and red meat dishes. It is also excellent to accompany the first of the Piedmontese cuisine: agnolotti and tajarin with meat sauce or roasted meat sauce.
It is a classy wine of great elegance, with an important structure and dense tannins; garnet red in color, it has an intense and refined aroma with notes of violet and cherry jam.
Produced with only Nebbiolo grapes, it is aged for 18 months in 225 liter non-new French oak barrels. It continues its refinement in cement tanks and in bottles, for not less than six months.
It has an excellent aging potential (15-20 years). We recommend consumption at 18-19 C ° in glasses with a large glass.
