Ruby red. The nose has hints of marasca and ripe plum with spicy hints. On the palate the notes of fruit, smooth tannins and a pleasant freshness make it a full and persistent wine.
Harvest: manual in box in the first ten days of October when the maturation process is in the initial phase.
Vinification: maceration of about 5-6 days and vinification at controlled temperature in stainless steel.
Maturation: in natural caves of volcanic tufa, in carats or French oak tonneaux, for a period of at least 12 months.
Alcohol: about 14.00%

Color: Intense ruby red. Bouquet: on the nose it has hints of fresh red fruits with spicy hints.
Taste: in the mouth it is rich, full, with very fine tannins that give length and persistence. Fresh, pleasant, fragrant, has a beautiful structure and a full finish that is reminiscent of fresh fruit. Serving suggestions: Excellent with boiled and soups, first courses seasoned with meat sauces and medium-aged cheeses.
Serving temperature: serve at room temperature, around 16-18 ° C.
