Wine produced with 100% Chardonnay from the "Les Quarts" vineyard in Pouilly-Vinzelles. The appellation, born in 1940, borders on the considerably larger Pouilly-Fuissé and Pouilly-Loché. The climat "Les Quarts" is undoubtedly the most important of the appellation. The vineyard, cultivated in organic farming, is made up of vines aged between 40 and 70 years old grown on a calcareous clayey soil capable of producing wines of exceptional complexity and longevity.
