Gewurztraminer "La Vigne en Rose" 2021 - Le Viognoble du Reveur

Mathieu Deiss, born in 1984, after graduating from the oenological school of Toulouse, began working alongside his father Jean-Michel in 2007. The experience with one of the "sacred monsters" of the Alsatian vitiviniculture has formed him to the point of wanting to take in managing the little Domaine of the maternal uncle in Bennwihr alone, continuing to work also in the family business. The work of the vineyard of more than 50 years through biodynamic and biological viticulture, with vinification in wooden vats, on yeasts for more than a year, make these first two wines an example of respectful and "natural" oenology with deep roots in the Alsatian tradition.
