Château Lestage Simon is located in the south of the Médoc in the town of Saint-Seurin de Cadourne. Located in the extension of the prestigious Pauillac and Saint-Estèphe appellations, this is a terroir that is particularly cared for by nature. The estate extends over deep gravel plots near the Gironde and south of the limestone plateau inland. The vineyard is divided into islets, each with its own characteristics and different ripening periods in all its 33 hectares. In the Château the selection of grapes and the choice of the best barriques for refinement are very important.
