It is precisely the sun that, in the moment of its awakening, revealing vineyard after vineyard, creates the symphony of the senses of which this wine is ambassador. A Barolo of character and born balance, where beautiful aromas and ripe tannins chase each other in perfect harmony.

VINEYARDS Altitudes ranging from 400 to 440 meters, di erent exposures and soils make the three vineyards of Barolo, Fossati, Coste di Vergne and La Volta, capable of giving life to a unique wine for harmony and richness of personality.

CULTIVATION Vajra has always believed in sustainable agriculture and in the natural grassing of the vineyards. No irrigation is used and thinning is decided based on the year.

HARVEST AND VINIFICATION The harvest of Nebbiolo grapes in the municipality of Barolo occurs in the second half of October. Hand picking, as well as transport in small boxes, are the attention we reserve to keep the fruits intact. The strict selection process of the grapes begins in the vineyard and, with increasing rigor, continues in the cellar. Fermentation lasts 30, sometimes 40 days depending on the characteristics of the vintage. Before bottling, Barolo Albe is made in Slavonian oak barrels for about 36 months.
