The young Hannes Baumgartner began to vinify the first bottles in 2003 and since then, year after year, the care first in the vineyard and then in the small cellar, began to gratify the many efforts made in the adventure. The small farm to date produces just over 35,000 bottles which will reach 50,000 in a few years, making wine only from grapes grown on the property's vineyards. Seven white wines from Strasserhof, all characterized by the unmistakable stamp of the Valle Isarco, where the aromas of aromatic vines combine with the extraordinary elegance of the area. Hannes has the great ability to interpret the vines by producing original wines, never taken for granted and always very different from each other, through the exaltation of every little nuance. The red igt Zweigelt completes the offer of the wines of the small farm of Novacella, among the oldest in the Isarco Valley with the northernmost vineyards in the province of Bolzano planted at more than 700 meters above sea level.
