The winery is located in the municipality of Castagnole delle Lanze, one of the most prestigious wine-growing areas in the Asti region, where the Langhe meets the rolling hills of Monferrato, a place most suited for Barbera d'Asti and Moscato d'Asti. The history of the winery tells of a family tradition that has been handed down for 4 generations. In the cellar, as well as in the vineyard, Claudio gives a strong impetus to innovation with increasingly courageous pruning in order to raise the quality level of the grapes still further. Criolin only makes wine from grapes grown in its own vineyards with care, passion and dedication, following the rhythms of nature. The winery has obtained Vegan Certification and is in the process of acquiring Organic Certification.
