Founded in 1850, this historic Chablis farm, 4300 hectares in total, cultivates 50 hectares of vineyards on all limestone-marly and fossil-rich soils, the Kimméridgien formed in the Jurassic period. Vinification strictly in steel tanks, to preserve the freshness but above all the typicality of the Chablis wines where each cru has its own peculiarity that is felt from the nose and where even the smallest terroir differences are reflected in the individual wines. The Chablis wines are fine and elegant and able to age for many years and the Beines Domaine, through the precious work of Alain Geoffroy and his daughters Cathy and Nathalie, is a great interpreter of the tradition of this area of Burgundy.
