Corino Renato

La Morra | Piedmont - Italy

The CORINO RENATO farm was born in 2005 when, after twenty years of experience in the company of his father Giovanni, the two brothers Renato and Giuliano decided to work separately. The new company is located in the heart of the Arborina vineyard, which together with the Rocche dellAnnunziata vineyard represents two of the historic areas for the production of Nebbiolo from Barolo in the municipality of La Morra. There are four types of Barolo produced: Barolo from the municipality of La Morra, Barolo Arborina, Barolo Rocche dell'Annunziata and Barolo Riserva, the latter produced with a selection of grapes from vines over 50 years old in the Rocche dell'Annunziata area. .

The other wines produced are Dolcetto d'Alba, Barbera d'Alba, Nebbiolo d'Alba and Barbera d'Alba Pozzo. The management of the company is entirely entrusted to Renato and his sons Stefano and Chiara, who with great passion and tenacity cultivate the 8 hectares of vineyards and follow all the production in the cellar. The bottles produced are around 50,000 per year.
