Sauvignon is a white wine that conquers the palate thanks to an elegant freshness. The particular microclimate of the area, with a good temperature range, is ideal for the aromatic vines that here best express all the persuasive and fruity notes of their bouquet.

View: straw yellow color with greenish reflections. Smell: intense, characteristic and fruity, with pleasant notes of apricot and tropical fruit. Taste: full, velvety and balanced. Elegant aftertaste of almond and apricot. Good minerality and flavor.

70% sauvignon blanc, 30% semillon Brilliant straw yellow color. The nose is floral with fresh notes of anise and ginger. On the palate it is intense, medium-bodied, with fresh notes of lemon and pomelo that leave room for a slightly spicy and floral finish.

The Qualitätswein is an ideal wine for an aperitif and thought to be drunk within four years from the harvest, also for this the closure is with screw cap.

Corton's whites are always structured Chardonnay and need at least 10 years of aging to express themselves in the best way. It will express itself best after 10 years but will continue to mature for 20.

Produced with grapes grown on Soil No. 3 of the Suor Marchesa estate, mainly calcareous and facing north, Duca di Salaparuta's Sauvignon Blanc preserves the freshness and acidity characteristic of the grape intact.

This wine comes from the flat vineyards of the property; the result is a high quality Riesling: great freshness and minerality combined with a moderate alcohol content (12 °). An easy, immediate and highly versatile wine. An excellent start for those who want to discover the world of Riesling.
