Bio Wines

The wine is garnet red in color. The nose has hints of cherry, plum, raspberry and violet, all distinctive and identifying aromas of Nebbiolo. The mouth is instead characterized by an average astringency of tannins and an appreciable freshness, well balanced by alcohol and softness.

The color of this Roero is a garnet red. The nose is broad, alive and elegant. In the mouth it has a good body and structure. Hints of jam and spices prevail immediately and are well balanced by the vertical freshness of the wine. The finish is long, persistent with delicate tannins.

On the nose, it opens up after a brief aeration to reveal notes of leather and eucalyptus, together with spicy and balsamic hints. Flavour: The perception of the drink is ample but not invasive, with a well-governed structure and a calibrated and harmonious digestion of the contribution of wood. Colour: Garnet red, tending towards orange with age.
