Bio Wines

It is a wine strongly characterized by floral aromas and apparent sweetness, which is then replaced by a pleasant acidity that makes it an aperitif glass, with cheese and certainly with foie gras.

Selection produced only in the best vintages from the oldest vineyard on the farm (75 years) in the Serraboella cru. Aged for two years in French barriques 1/3 new and 2/3 second passage. It is a full-bodied wine with great longevity.

Sémillion, sauvignon and muscadelle, vines that expertly assembled give rise to Sauternes which have always been characterized by an innate refinement and elegance. The average age of the vines is 45 years. The harvest is manual, the wines are then aged in barriques for 13/18 months. Since 2013 its wines are BIO.
