A wine for everyone, the simplest and most sincere expression of Sangiovese aged only in steel. Balanced acidity and almost non-existent tannin, perfect for a barbecue or for a dinner with salami or pasta with meat sauce.

Sangiovese and Alicante for this fantastic Maremma wine, which perfectly combines the elegance of the main Tuscan grape variety, with the structure and vegetable finish of Alicante. The maturation in medium-sized wooden barrels for about 1 year improves the ease of drinking and makes it suitable for aging. perfect with cold cuts, cheeses and red meat main courses.

Characteristic aromas of the vine: currant, blackberry and blueberry with a background of licorice, vanilla and bitter orange. In the mouth it is a thick, round wine. It combines the freshness of fruity notes with a certain grasseza, in perfect balance.

Its floral and fruity bouquet makes it delicate and pleasant. On the nose, in fact, there are faint hints of white, yellow flowers and notes of fresh fruit such as peach, melon and papaya, while in the mouth, the strong sapidity typical of the grape highlights its persistent minerality.

The wine is garnet red in color. The nose has hints of cherry, plum, raspberry and violet, all distinctive and identifying aromas of Nebbiolo. The mouth is instead characterized by an average astringency of tannins and an appreciable freshness, well balanced by alcohol and softness.

The color of this Roero is a garnet red. The nose is broad, alive and elegant. In the mouth it has a good body and structure. Hints of jam and spices prevail immediately and are well balanced by the vertical freshness of the wine. The finish is long, persistent with delicate tannins.
