Bright golden color with aromas of acacia, green apple and white peach. It is creamy on the palate and you can appreciate the hints of hazelnuts and brioches given to the wine by the long aging period on the lees. The perlage is fine and persistent, as one should expect from a Blanc de Blanc.

The Mandois Blanc de Blancs (100% Chardonnay) is a blend of several terroirs where the Chardonnay finds itself particularly at home. Perfectly representative of the vintage, it is only slightly sweetened to allow the natural character of the Chardonnay to develop to the full.
